I am a British/American author based in the Pacific Northwest.
For me, writing has always been a compulsion. A way to both ease the pressure of my trauma-addled brain and to take me away from the mundanity of real life.
Mostly, I spin unusual tales that aim to connect with what is means to be human.
As an author, I write both long and short form fiction, as well as non-fiction articles and the occasional research report. I have a PhD in sociology from the University of Sussex.
Writing is a poor person's calling. Please help fund me, so I can continue to take you all on these little journeys.

As an author, my first love is science fiction infused with a touch of magical realism and dystopia. While my interests in fiction writing have broadened with age, the stories I dream still remain a step away from reality. I'm passionate about providing low-cost research to nonprofits, including insights for membership through surveys like the Membership Insight Survey for the Northwest Screenwriters Guild. My work also extends to authoring non-fiction articles, such as the internationally published Let Toys Be Toys and the British Grooms Survey, as well as evaluations related to fiction writing and initiatives like the National E-Learning Foundation.
